Prices from 1.500 CZK/night/apartment.

The price includes VAT and all fees..
The price also includes accommodation, parking, cleaning, bedding, energy and all costs associated with the stay in the building.

 

The fee for each additional person 250 CZK/night.
In the high season winter (January 1 to March 31, 2017) min. 3 nights stays. In the summer (June 24 to September 16, 2017) min. 5 nights stay. In the low season, the minimum length of stay is 2 nights.
Easter stays only for 5 or more nights.
New Year's Eve min. 7 nights stay for the price of the entire object, without distinction of persons.
Children up to 6 years in existing beds with parents stay free (only 1 child). Other children pay an additional charge as an adult. Travel baby cot including beddings available at 100 CZK per night.
 

Payment conditions:
Advanced payment at 50% of the total price of the accomodation is payable within 5 days after receiving the confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation policy:

High season: The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Low season: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

A charge of 2 000 CZK will be collected at the check in and will be returned at the check out if no demage ocurred.

General conditions:
Check in time from 4 pm, check out time until 10 am.
Strictly non smoking inside all log houses. Without property´s manager´s initial instructions, it is forbiden to use fireplaces and tiled stoves.
We appreciate using houseshoes while inside (we supply one-use houseshoes however recommend bringing your own).
Please respect other guests during night time hours 10 pm – 7:30 am.

Animals:
Possible only at TIMBER. Please consult the property or sales manager when making a reservation. Fee: 150 CZK per night.

Timber Finnish Sauna 150 CZK/1 hour

Free loan of sledges and toboggans for children.

Electro-wheel for rent 300 CZK/1 hour, bicycle 150 CZK/1 day

Sheep breeding - come to feed them with us.

Breakfast:
If you wish so, we can provide a basket filled with fresh delicacies to prepare your breakfast.

 We can arrange for you the pizza and other meals delivery.
